Symrise has identified the Top 13 Trends from the 42nd Annual Winter Fancy Food Show in San Francisco.

Products trending in the Sweet, Savory and Beverage categories were focused on Millennials and Gen Z consumers.Health & Wellness, as well as nostalgia, indulgence andtransparency, were themes that permeated the show.

Along with the tried and true, many of the exhibitors were new niche start ups, with an eye on shaking up the food and beverage industry. Flavors now front and center – turmeric,toffee and cherry!
