Buy-Low Foods expands new price position across B.C. Stores

We are pleased to share that, since mid-April, four Buy-Low Foods locations have introduced a refreshed price position designed to deliver even greater value to customers in their communities. This milestone was also marked by the launch of a refreshed flyer look and feel, designed to excite customers with sharper, more compelling offers. The following stores are now operating under this enhanced approach:

  • Buy-Low Foods Hope, Hope, British Columbia
  • Buy-Low Foods Fraser Street, Vancouver, British Columbia
  • Buy-Low Foods Royal Oak, Burnaby, British Columbia
  • Buy-Low Foods Parkcrest, Burnaby, British Columbia

This update reflects a renewed focus on quality fresh departments, a simplified assortment, and stronger everyday value. Customers can expect improved pricing across key categories, alongside a more streamlined product selection that makes it easier to find great prices on everyday essentials.

In addition to sharper pricing, stores are introducing several customer-focused features, including:

·                  Expanded value-driven promotions through a “Drop Zone” for limited-time deals.

·                  Fresh produce, meat, deli, bakery and dairy offered at consistently low prices.

·                  Bulk food options to help customers save by buying only what they need.

·                  A Fresh Guarantee, ensuring products meet quality expectations or are refunded and replaced at no cost.

“Customers are more focused than ever on value, and it’s critical that we continue to meet their needs,” said Pattison Food Group president Jamie Nelson. “This change allows us to offer sharper pricing, a simpler shopping experience and a strong fresh offering, all while staying true to the local service our customers count on in these important communities.”

Two additional Buy-Low Foods locations will transition to this new format in the coming months:

  • Buy-Low Foods Riverside, Surrey, British Columbia, on June 18
  • Buy-Low Foods Brookswood, Langley, British Columbia, on July 9

These updates represent an ongoing commitment to providing customers with a better everyday grocery experience, combining trusted local teams with a stronger renewed focus on value.
