The 29th Annual Save-On-Foods Charity Golf Tournament was in full swing this week at Northview Golf & Country Club in Surrey, B.C., with more than 350 golfers supporting the five children’s hospitals across Western Canada.
From tee off to final putt, the day was filled with friendly competition, connection, and a shared commitment to making a difference. When the auction closed at dinner, the total had surpassed $925,000 raised—already a record—but in true Save-On-Foods fashion of giving a little extra, the company announced an additional commitment to top up the total, bringing the final donation to an even $1 million.
