During times of economic crisis and surging demand, we remain focused on our foundational values.  First and foremost, we are community-based suppliers and fundamentally our role is to serve our community, including our loyal clientele which range from large grocery chain suppliers to small independent grocers and restaurants. In these uncertain times, we continue to manage the equitable distribution of our inventory while continuing to provide accessibility to fresh, high-quality ingredients while delivering exceptional value. Due to proactive internal measures, we have always maintained significant inventory while cultivating domestic production capabilities. We are therefore well-positioned to meet surging demand. With respect to our global supply chain, we are working diligently with our trusted overseas suppliers’ country-specific emergency measures.

As a family business and a member of this community we see the importance to give back to the community.
