Cynthia Shanks Appointed Chair of the Canadian Beverage Association

Cynthia Shanks, Senior Director, Corporate Affairs at KDP Canada, has been nominated Chair of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Beverage Association (CBA). A respected leader, Cynthia has made a significant impact through her work in public affairs, sustainability and community engagement. Additionally, her leadership in sustainability has helped advance circular economy for plastics in Canada.

Sophie Bélanger Named Vice-Chair of the Coffee Association of Canada

Sophie Bélanger, Marketing Director, Coffee Brands at KDP Canada, has been appointed Vice-Chair of the Coffee Association of Canada (CAC). Sophie has been an active member of CAC’s Marketing and Government Relations committees since 2022 and brings over 20 years of experience in the consumer packaged goods industry. Representing the Keurig® system, our roaster of over 30 owned, partner and licensed brands as well as our organization at the CAC, Sophie will help champion the advancement, innovation, and visibility of the coffee industry across the country.
