KEURIG DR PEPPER NAMES CANADIAN LEADERS FOR FUTURE GLOBAL COFFEE CO. AND BEVERAGE CO.

Iannick Melançon appointed General Manager, Canada, for Global Coffee Co.;
Ryan Bahadur appointed General Manager, Canada & Europe, for Beverage Co.

MONTRÉAL, September 15th, 2026 – As Keurig Dr Pepper advances its planned separation into two independent companies, Keurig Canada ULC and Canada Dry Mott’s Inc., collectively doing business as Keurig Dr Pepper Canada (“KDP Canada”), today announced the executives who will guide the next chapter of its coffee and refreshment beverage businesses. In their new roles, Iannick Melançon will oversee the Canadian business for Global Coffee Co., while Ryan Bahadur will lead Beverage Co. across Canada and Europe.

Together, these leaders will help shape two purpose-built organizations, each positioned to pursue their own growth agenda with greater focus, agility and strategic clarity.

Iannick Melançon brings more than 25 years of experience in the consumer goods industry, with senior leadership roles spanning Canada, Europe and global markets. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice-President, Customer & Commercial at Danone Canada, where he was a member of the Executive Committee. Earlier in his career, he held roles with PepsiCo Canada and S.C. Johnson & Son before joining Danone in 2007. As General Manager, Iannick will lead the Canadian operations of the future Global Coffee Co. His appointment comes at a defining moment for the organization, as it prepares to bring together KDP’s leadership in single-serve coffee and innovation with JDE Peet’s global scale, category expertise and nearly 300-year heritage. In Canada, Iannick will leverage these combined strengths to accelerate innovation, strengthen category leadership and unlock the potential of an unparalleled portfolio spanning segments, channels and price points.

Ryan Bahadur brings more than 30 years of business and leadership experience, including nearly a decade with KDP Canada. As Vice-President, Finance & IT and, most recently, Interim President, Ryan has helped shape KDP Canada’s direction and, over the past year, steered the organization through significant change with a disciplined focus on performance and execution. His appointment provides continuity and proven leadership to Beverage Co. at a pivotal stage in its evolution. As General Manager, Canada & Europe, Ryan will lead the company’s operations and teams across both regions, building on their strong foundations to accelerate momentum and compete with greater focus and agility across the refreshment beverage market.

“We enter this next phase from a position of strength, with leading and emerging brands, differentiated capabilities and deep expertise across our markets,” said Ryan Bahadur. “Our ambition for Beverage Co. is to translate those advantages into stronger performance, faster decision-making and greater impact across Canada and Europe. We know where we can win, and I’m energized by the opportunity to create an organization with the agility and competitive mindset to go after it.”

“I’m excited to join the Canadian coffee team at such an important moment for the business,” said Iannick Melançon. “Canada has a strong coffee culture, an incredible portfolio of brands and a talented team behind them. I look forward to getting to know our people, customers and partners and working together to build on those strengths as we prepare for the future.”

Until the separation is completed in 2027, both leaders will remain focused on delivering KDP Canada’s business priorities and performance, while advancing the work required to establish the future Beverage Co. and Global Coffee Co. as independent companies.
