April 30, 2026 — Supply Chain Canada is proud to announce the launch of Women Leading Supply Chain, a national initiative designed to advance women into visible, influential leadership roles across the supply chain profession. Loblaw Supply Chain has signed on as the Exclusive Partner of the initiative.
As supply chains continue to face rapid disruption, global complexity, and evolving workforce dynamics, leadership diversity has become essential to resilience and long-term performance. Women Leading Supply Chain was created to elevate women as decision-makers, thought leaders, and architects shaping Canada’s supply chain future.
“This initiative reflects our commitment to building leadership pathways that strengthen the profession as a whole,” said Dylan Bartlett, President & CEO of Supply Chain Canada. “Women Leading Supply Chain moves beyond conversation to create a national platform for lasting influence and impact.”
The initiative will be embedded across Supply Chain Canada’s programming, including:
- A signature Women Leading Supply Chain panel at the 2026 National Conference
- The Women Leading Supply Chain Fellowship, awarded annually to recognize exceptional leadership
- A national Advisory Committee of senior women leaders guiding the initiative’s direction
- Thought leadership and year-round engagement opportunities
- Loblaw Supply Chain will support national programming, leadership recognition, and long-term industry impact.
“We are incredibly proud to be the exclusive partner of Supply Chain Canada’s Women Leading Supply Chain initiative. This collaboration drives our commitment to leadership excellence, equity, and a more dynamic, inclusive future for the Canadian supply chain. It aligns with our ‘Go Further Women’ program, focused on advancing women into leadership roles. Together, we are building a stronger, more inclusive supply chain for Canada,” says Rob Wiebe, Chief Supply Chain Officer at Loblaw Companies Limited.
Women Leading Supply Chain will be a permanent initiative of Supply Chain Canada, reinforcing the organization’s national mandate to advance leadership across the profession.
