Silver Hills Bakery Introduces 4 New Varieties of Organic Sprouted Bread

Silver Hills Bakery, a Canadian leader in sprouted products, has announced the debut of its first certified organic sprouted bread varieties: Full Seed Ahead, Oat So Lovely, Farmer Fife, and Wheat & Greet. The full press release can be found here.

As consumers increasingly look for foods with functional benefits for help with energy, digestion, and more, Silver Hills Bakery’s new organic loaves meets this need with plant-based sprouted bread that makes the nutrients available easier for the body to use, easier to digest, and serve steady energy throughout the day.

Each of the new loaves provides nearly 50% or more of the daily recommended serving of whole grains, 6-8 grams of fiber, and 6-12 grams of protein per two-slice serving, plus key nutrients like iron, selenium, zinc and B vitamins.

The new loaves are now available at Loblaws, Choices, IGA, Sobeys, Whole Foods, Longos, Metro, and Nature’s Fare in Canada.
