Salon Gourmets increases from 3 to 5 halls
The sales of the next Salon Gourmets kick off with innovations. For the first time in its history, Europe’s number nº1 Fine Food and Beverages Fair will occupy five halls at IFEMA Madrid.
The 36 Salon Gourmets kicks off its marketing by expanding its offer in halls 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8, packed with gourmet products. Europe’s leading Fine Food and Beverages Fair will bring together gastronomy and hospitality professionals from 17th to 20th April 2023 at IFEMA Madrid.
An unmissable event for delicatessen firms, chefs, producers, restaurants, food and beverage distribution companies, HORECA and specialised trade sectors, as well as press and media from all over the world. Four days in which quality products and commercial agreements – €200 million business volume forecast in the next edition – are the real protagonists. Producers and professional visitors have the opportunity to meet in person and get to know new national and international suppliers, thanks to actions such as the Hosted Buyers Program in collaboration with ICEX, where buyers worldwide find interesting and
innovative products year after year.
