New Fresh St. Market in Lower Lonsdale will host an Opening Celebration Event November 15th with samplings and surprises throughout the store   

Food Diversion partner FoodMesh will also be present acknowledging more than 2.3 million meals donated back into the community

 will celebrate the official opening of its eighth Fresh St. Market on November 15 located at 150 Esplanade West in North Vancouver.

 

“We are proud to officially open Fresh St. Market in Lower Lonsdale and wish to sincerely thank our customers for their patience during renovations and we also offer gratitude for the positivity and encouragement we have been hearing from so many people in the local community,” said Palle Knudsen, Senior Director Retail Operations, Fresh St. Market. “We are really excited to introduce Fresh St. Market’s first-ever Burrito Bar, a hot meal self-service bar and carving station, and we also have a seating area for customers to comfortably enjoy their food and beverages.”

 

In addition to celebrating all the new food offerings and experiences at this new

Fresh St. Market location, one of its most significant partners, , will be sharing a new milestone in its efforts with Fresh St. Market to rescue and distribute surplus foods to vulnerable people in our communities.

“For people who live on the North Shore they may already be familiar with Fresh St. Market with our very first location having opened in West Vancouver in 2013,” adds Knudsen.  “Similar to our West Vancouver store, this new location also offers a unique market-like experience with the interior of the store reflecting the surrounding community. Customers will have the opportunity to enjoy Garden of Lo Lo (Lower Lonsdale), Shipyards Housewares and the Esplanade Deli.”

 

LOCAL FOOD SELECTIONS
