Milk prices are on the rise again, and this time, it’s everywhere.

- Prices are up 5.5% since 2024.
- Every market we tracked saw increases.
- Some Canadians are paying 2.5x more than others depending on where they shop.
- And in a surprising shift, milk is once again cheaper than almond milk, with the price gap widening significantly since our last report.
- The most expensive 4L 2% milk in Canada was found in Charlottetown, PEI.
- The cheapest 4L 2% milk in Canada is in Regina, SK and London, ON.
