OCTOBER 29, 2025, TORONTO— Day TWO of Grocery Innovations Canada (GIC) on October 29, 2025 at the Toronto Congress Centre delivered valuable information, content, new innovations, more international flavours and excitement!
The day began with a “Flavour Forecast” by McCormick’s Chef David Burnett, followed by a “Retailer Spotlight on Innovation” with Brian Bradley, Stong’s Market, Kysa Grosso, Sunripe and Edward Son, Korea Food Trading/Galleria with Ron Welke as moderator. After the first break, workshops ran concurrently in Room 6-9.
The trade show floor opened at 11:00AM. Featured on the INTERAC Insights and Innovation Stage were “The State of Labour in 2025” with Steve Mendelssohn of Jobsthatfeed.ca, “From Chaos to Clarity” presented by Shawn Cunningham, Ravyx and “Canadian Shopper Perceptions & Behaviour,” with the Path to Purchase Institute’s Cyndi Loza.
