The grocery-shopping experience in Clearwater is now decidedly more green with Buy-Low officially transitioning to Save-On-Foods.
Store manager Richard Stroh says “Opening day is here. Getting to this moment has been a team effort, and we couldn’t be more excited to welcome customers.”
The store has undergone a makeover and re-arranging.
The press release from PFG notes “an incredible team and plenty to discover,” and says customers will have more choice, value and convenience through a variety of products and services.
In their words, those products and services include the following:
- Unreal Deal with new deals, best prices every week, offering great savings on a wide range of products.
- Bonus My Offers digital coupons, which customers can load straight to their More Rewards cards via the Save-On-Foods app or on www.saveonfoods.com.
- Freshly baked breads, buns, pies, cakes and morning treats from the full-service bakery.
- A full-service deli department and meat case offering fresh, high-quality selections.
- Bulk foods section featuring pantry staples and household essentials.
- Hundreds of high-quality private label Western Family products.
- Online shopping, where customers can order groceries online or via the Save-On-Foods app and select the curbside pickup time that works best for them, starting on Aug. 13.

The Save-On-Foods in Clearwater at 365 Murtle Cres. will be open seven days a week from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
It is the 192nd Save-On-Foods store.
