Tuscan Bean Salad – This simple summer side dish is the perfect pairing to complement any meal. Featuring a delicious mix of flavours like Allessia La Bomba and Apple Cider Vinegar to enhance the Aurora White Kidney Beans and other fresh ingredients.

 

Farfalle with Zucchini and Pesto – Celebrate fresh summer flavours with this delicious pesto pasta featuring seasonal zucchini and zucchini blossoms. The al dente Delverde Farfalle is the foundation for this hearty dish tossed in homemade pesto sauce made with Allessia Pine Nuts, fresh basil and Aurora Extra-Virgin Olive Oil.
Tiramisu Copetta – No meal is complete without a sweet ending! This mason jar recipe for traditional Italian Tiramisu will definitely impress your guests, served cool as a perfect Italian treat for summer. The layers of espresso covered Aurora Ladyfinger biscuits, are complemented with the vanilla mascarpone cream, and topped off with Perugina Chocolate shavings!
