Circle K is expanding its retail media capabilities with the relaunch of Full Circle Media by Circle K, the company’s omnichannel retail media network designed to help brands connect with convenience and fuel shoppers across the United States, Canada and Europe.
The relaunch reflects the growing role of retail media within the convenience industry, providing advertisers with opportunities to engage customers throughout their daily routines, from morning coffee stops and fuel purchases to snack trips and evening fill-ups. By connecting touchpoints across both physical and digital channels, Full Circle Media enables brands to reach consumers at key moments in their shopping journey.
In the United States, Full Circle Media reaches more than 6,600 Circle K stores and is supported by approximately 2.9 billion annual customer visits. The network delivers up to 200 million monthly impressions through a mix of fuel pump media, in-store digital screens, checkout displays and owned digital channels, including the Circle K app, Inner Circle loyalty program, SMS and email.
“Full Circle Media reflects the role we believe convenience can play in retail media,” said Joell Robinson, Director, Retail Media Network. “For brands, the value comes from reaching shoppers in a setting defined by frequency, intent and multiple points of engagement, from the pump to the store and through digital channels.”
As retail media continues to grow, Circle K is leveraging its scale, customer insights and digital capabilities to create value for customers, suppliers and brand partners while further strengthening its position in the global convenience retail industry.
