The new store, Justin’s No Frills, is located at 4762 Hastings St, Burnaby, BC and will officially open its doors on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at 8:00 AM PST. This new store brings the No Frills® commitment to exceptional value and strong community support directly to the Burnaby Heights neighbourhood.
This opening marks an exciting development for the Burnaby community, providing residents with access to affordable, quality groceries and everyday essentials. The new Justin’s No Frills® has created approximately 100 new local jobs, reinforcing the store’s dedication to supporting the local economy and its people.
The store is led by owner Justin Ng, whose career with Loblaw spans over a decade. He began his journey in 2012 as a grocery clerk and progressed through the company to own and operate No Frills locations in both Winnipeg and Vancouver before taking on the opportunity to open Burnaby’s first store.
