Out of 170 applications from 13 countries, the co-chairs of the competition, Jo-Ann McArthuR and Xavier Terlet, have selected 55 products from 10 countries that embody the innovative spirit of SIAL Canada exhibitors:

  • Product launched in North America after January 2024
  • They offer something new or different from what we know in the Canadian market while having the potential to expand to several markets.
  • They create value for the intended target, and are likely to inspire other food companies to replicate the concept or take it a step further.
  • They are innovative on at least one of the following aspects: recipe, packaging, manufacturing process or marketing positioning.
