Leadership changes at Nestlé Canada

Jeff Hamilton, President & CEO, Nestlé Canada has been appointed to the position of Head, Nestlé Purina EMENA (Europe, Middle East and North Africa) based in Switzerland, and will be leaving his role effective February 1, 2021. Under Jeff’s leadership the Canadian market has achieved exceptional business results and he has been instrumental in leading the company through these exceptional times. With close to 30 years with Nestlé, Jeff has worked around the globe in progressively senior positions and first joined Nestlé Canada in 2018.

John Carmichael, who is currently President of the Foods Division at Nestlé USA, will succeed Jeff, as President & CEO, Nestlé Canada. John has had a wide-ranging career across all categories and geographies and knows the Canadian market well. John has more than 25 years of experience in the packaged good industry, driving results across a variety of businesses and functions. He began his career with Nestlé in 1995 in Pet Care and has since worked in various capacities and businesses throughout Nestlé.
