Freson Bros. Fresh Market celebrates the grand opening of the newest location in Fort Saskatchewan

Alberta’s Fresh Market retailer brings unique Alberta food experience to Fort Saskatchewan

(June 8, 2018 – Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta) Freson Bros. Fresh Market will officially open the doors to their newest Alberta location on Friday morning, marking the company’s expansion into the Fort Saskatchewan community. Freson Bros. Fresh Market is a hybrid of your traditional grocery store concept that focuses on three simple beliefs; that really great quality food matters, it’s the little things that count, and the value of human connection.

At 10:00 a.m. on June 8th, the Fort Saskatchewan Freson Bros. Fresh Market will open for business, bringing the company’s promise of delivering a unique Alberta food experience to life in the local community.

Extraordinarily built for the community of Fort Saskatchewan, the 44,000-square-foot- Freson Bros. Fresh Market, located at 150 Westpark Blvd., features a fully licensed restaurant serving up classic comfort food like mom used to make, along with select craft beers and sodas. Freson Bros. prides themselves on offering one of the largest selections of locally sourced Alberta products in the community including an abundant offering of Alberta produced kombucha. This location will also offer a variety of handcrafted sourdough crust pizza, specialty coffee, and a salad and grain bar.

Freson Bros. Fresh Market showcases a unique line of storied products including, Banjs Smokehouse, Heritage Cuts of Alberta Beef, Pork and Chicken, house-made Ivans sausages; Real Alberta SourDough (made from a natural mother dough), Old World Breads, and the best selection of Torte in the market.

“We know the world doesn’t need another grocery store, that’s why we built Freson Bros. Fresh Market. We are extremely excited to share and showcase what we value and what makes us different in the community of Fort Saskatchewan,” said Freson Bros. President Doug Lovsin.
