In an effort to make Canadian products more available to a wider consumer base C.B. Powell has launched a program of promoting and distributing premium Canadian made food products through the country’s Independent Grocery Retailers.
Many great products are made by Canadian manufacturers but they have a difficult time getting into mass distribution due to the many complexities and subsequent costs of getting to market. As C.B.Powell is already a well-established distributor this program simplifies the process for them. It also presents an opportunity for the Independent Grocer to offer their customers a unique line of high quality Canadian products available only to them. In return the manufacturers can reach consumers coast to coast much more cost effectively.
This initiative has been well supported by the Canadian Federation of Independent Grocers as well as Distribution Canada Inc.
The program incorporates products such as infused organic maple syrup, iceberg water, holistic dog treats, maple sweet water, salad dressings and sandwich slaws.
C.B. Powell has partnered with National Importers to provide sales and distribution services to reach the vast Independent retailer community across Canada.
